The FPS limit for this event will be measured in Joules on .2g BB's

YOU WILL NOT EXCEEED 1.5 JOULES

Bolt Action Sniper Platforms will be 1.88Joules (Rouhgly 450 FPS on .2g BB's)

The FPS/Joules limit is not a goal, it is a restriction for safety purposes.

Our event, our Chrony, our BB's.  This is done for everyone's safety across the board. If you don't like it, don't come.

All AEG'S will be chrony'd with .20g BB's that we provide regardless of what you say your gun is shooting.

All Polarstar/Gas/C02 guns will be chrony'd with .32g BB's that we provide, or if you plan to use heavier we will use that instead.

BOLT ACTION SNIPER RIFLES will be chrony'd with .20g BB's that we provide.

Shotgun's will be chrony'd with 1 BB in the shell to test Max Joules.

A MAXIMUM of 2 guns per player will be chrony'd.  You can chrony more during the game if needed.

HPA will be available on site for the duration of the event.

There will be a RPS (rounds per second) cap enforced for Support weapons of 35rps.  This should accomodate all stock guns or slightly modified.

If you are caught on the field with a gun that does not have a chrony tag you will be ejected from the game.

All HPA guns must have some sort of tournament lock for their equipment.  You may not adjust your FPS after it has been chronied.

Electronic Triggers etc - Guns can only fire 1 BB per trigger pull (this means trigger pull and release - some guns are being modified to shoot on pull and release, we do not allow this).

Do not use channels that are not approved. This is to prevent bleed over and problems with communications.

DO NOT USE THEM IF THEY ARE NOT LISTED.

Channels 1 -2 Game Control

Channels 3-7 - Alpha

Channels 8-12 - Bravo

These rules are used to maintain squad integrity and tactics. This game is based on everyone working together as a squad.

Squads will remain together for the course of the event the best they can. Not everyone will last the entire time. If need be, attach yourself to another squad until your squad is able to join the game again.

Your squad leader is ultimately in charge and will determine when it is best suited for the squad to withdrawl to their CP and re-arm.
When "withdrawing" from the battle, all members of the squad must pull out their kill rags/glowsticks until they are back at their CP.

1) Each person will be given 1 Tourniquet (TQ's).
2) Medics can not bandage themselves - Another live medic can.
3) If both medics in the squad are hit, it is mandatory to have your squad return to the CP unless they can be healed by another medic.
4) No one goes back to CP by themselves, the entire squad must go back to CP together. - Live and die as a squad.

5) No Bleed out. Wounded player(s) must remain in place when hit.  A wounded player may not move on their own free will.

Another player can PHYSICALLY drag/carry the wounded player(s).  - Ask them if they want to be dragged or carried if need be.

There is no longer a 5 min bleed out rule.  Wounded players will remain where they are until their squad is able to retrieve them.

6) A medic must have a watch and must hold you for 1 minute in order to simulate "healing" someone.
7) Your TQ can be used on someone else. You may not re-use TQ's until "re-supply."
8) Bandages can be "re-supplied" at your CP anytime you wish - To re-supply your bandages your entire squad must "withdrawl" and go back to the CP.
9) Medics can only bandage 1 person at a time.

10)If you are hit by a mortar you do not pass go and do not collect $200.  Return to CP as a squad.

Rescue Ops - Platoon Leads/HVT

1) If a PL gets hit they can use 1 TQ

2) 2nd hit they will remain in place and must be carried out on a stretcher. - 30min bleed out time (just incase).

This is something we are trying new this year to reward each side for taking out part of the command structure.

Medic positions can be exchanged at the CP.
You may not "raid" a dead medics kit.
You may not steal TQ's from the enemy.
TQ's are issued once - if you lose them, tough shit.
Abuse of the medic rule/game mechanics will get your squad sent back to the CP.

YOU LIVE AND DIE AS A SQUAD - LEAVE NO MAN BEHIND!

There will be no barricading of doorways/hallways/stairwells. Leave objects where they are inside the buildings. Objects outside can be used to reinforce your positions (to a certain extent, dont get crazy).

NO RIOT SHIELDS

There will be no visible lasers allowed at this event.

IR lasers - you will need to provide documentation to game staff at Chrony. Must be class 1 eye safe.

Documentation includes Manual/Case etc.  We will not accept anything else.

**Due to the unavailibility of the R2B and EG Grenades this year, Thunder B's will be included in the frag category for this event.**

R2B/EG/Tornado/Cyclone Grenades are allowed - 10ft kill radius - Be honest or don't come.

Tag Reaper and Archangel are not to be used on vehicles - they are anti-personnel only. (10ft kill Radius)

Tag Chalk/Solid rounds are to be used on vehicles only.

Devices must detonate.  A dud is a dud.

Claymore's have a 10ft frontal blast.

No Flashbang's.

140Db cap - bring hearing protection.

NO TRIP WIRES

NO HOME MADE DEVICES WHATSOEVER

Cold burning smokes only - if you have to light it, it's not cold burning!

Smoke is only usable OUTSIDE

Hard cover is used to protect yourself from a frag/grenade.  Hard Cover is defined as any object where a BB is unable to pass through and protects you from the blast.

ie. Door, wall, bathtub.

A cardboard box or tarp etc are not defined as hard cover even though a BB can't necessarily pass through it.

Drone operators must present their license if they are wishing to use a drone. - Get a sticker from Chrony

Force Recon is not responsible for any damage that may incur - DEPLOY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Unlimited ammo. There are no limitations in the field so there won't be for this event.

You may only reload at your teams CP - No reloading in the field.

Squad support weapons are only allowed semi auto indoors.

You can shoot full auto out of a building, but the muzzle must break the plane of the window/doorway on the bottom floors.

RECCE teams will work in a team of 5.

The new form of RECCE element has access to:

1 TQ per person

2 Sniper Rifles

1 Medic (cannot be bandaged from other groups)

1 Support Gunner

Engagement distances will be 100ft or greater for Snipers. Anything inside you must switch to your secondary weapon.

A squad will be designated with carrying the mortar by each Commander.

Mortars are earned through FRAGO Missions. The complex is broken down into sectors. To eliminate a sector and anything in it you will have to use 1 mortar round for each floor of a building and 2 mortars per village.

Boundaries for mortar strikes are set however are not always 100% accurate - Please don't have a bird if your called dead due to a mortar strike.

Mortar teams will meet with game control on game day to go over "safe use" of the mortars in the main assembly area.

You may only mortar an adjacent sector on the map from a sector you control.

If your squad is killed you must leave the mortar where it is and give up your mortar card if you are asked for it.

The other team cannot move your mortar but you can reclaim it if you can make it back to it.

Realize that just because you call in a mortar strike it may not happen at that exact time.

When you are mortared you must return immediately to your CP.  You cannot be bandaged.

Each team will must contact the Fire Control Centre (FCC) to call in mortar support on Channel 2.

Mortars can be fired from a sector your team controls to hit an adjacent sector.

Fire Mission Cards will be given to the squads with the mortar with passwords for calling in mortar missions.

Once the password is accepted the mortar team can fire their selected rounds and game staff will clear the area.

While the area is being cleared no one may enter the area until an all clear has been called by game staff.

Flags will remain unchanged.

Trying to call in a Fire Mission without a proper password will be denied.

Only 3 mortar rounds will be issued at a time.

All rounds must be used on the card before re-supply.

A mortar re-supply consists of a squad going back to their CP and obtaining a new card from Command.

More rounds can be earned through FRAGO Missions only.

You can not steal the other teams mortar - If a mortar team is killed the mortar stays put and the FCC card is surrendered.

1 Grenade launcher per squad

EOD members can disable bombs.

If an EOD member fails to disarm the bomb, anyone in the room will be dead.

Knives/Axes/Tomahawk training weapons are in play.

Touch to kill - Be smart about it, do not poke or stab.

No throwing of melee weapons.

No Nerf swords/axes/daggers/sheilds etc - This is a MILSIM event, not Cosplay or a Larping Arena.

1 VEHICLE PER SIDE

WINDOWS WILL BE DOWN WHILE PLAYING

There is no MED - Do not bitch if someone shoots you from close range - Protect yourself accordingly.

When the vehicle is hit with an RPG/M203 it will be disabled and the crew will be able to dismount.

Disabled vehicles will return to CP and be forced into a 5 minute respawn if everyone from the vehicle crew has been killed or has been rendered disabled by other means.

Maximum of 2 LMG's per vehicle. This means either mounted or handheld by a player.

Vehicles will not exceed 25km/h.

Vehicles must remain on the paved surfaces/roadways.

Reaper and Archangel Tag rounds ARE NOT TO BE USED ON VEHICLES - Anti pers only.

Max 1 RPG/Grenade launcher per squad and used by your EOD.

RPG/M203/Grenade Launcher must use a Chalk or Solid projectile to disable vehicle. (not BB's)

Minimum engagement for an RPG/M203/Grenadae Launcher is 30ft.

A direct hit will disable the vehicle - It will not kill people on the inside.

If the vehicle is hit, the vehicle team is allowed to dismount.

If you would like to see them used for future games - be honest. If you want to be involved in future games - be honest.

MERCY RULES/MINIMUM ENGAGEMENT DISTANCE:

There is no mercy or MED.  Harden The Fuck Up.

Your spawn is your teams CP. It will be designated on the map via flag marker. This area will function as your only respawn and is off limits to the opposing sides. The other team may not enter your spawn.

Eye protection must be worn at all times during game play.

The spawn area can be fired out of, but not into from the other team (to prevent spawn camping).

This event is about squad integrity and having people work as a team/unit.

If you are getting low on bandages or ammo, pull your squad out and resupply.

Do not call other players hits. Concentrate on calling your own.

If someone isn't calling their hits, give them the benefit and keep shooting them until they call it. If someone is repeatedly breaking the game rules or cheating - report them to game control and they will be dealt with.

Do us a favour if there is an issue. Please have the squad leaders work it out.  If they cannot, call game control. There will be approx 400 people in attendance at this event, names and description will help.

Dead men do not talk and can only say "Medic" - This is your only warning.

When hit:

1) You will call hit, take out your red kill rag and drop to a knee.

1) Stay where you are and wait to be healed by a medic - No bleed out.

2) You will remain where you are until you are healed or your squad pulls out to resupply.

3) Another team member can drag/carry a wounded person out of harms way with no help from the "wounded player."

If you find yourself blocking a doorway, stairway etc, please move a couple feet out of the way - Don't be a bullet sponge/meat shield.

A medic can heal anyone they wish (minus RECCE) . Keep in mind if a medic from another squad heals a member of your squad, try and get a TQ from them to replace it.

Ricochet's do not count as a hit - it must be a direct hit.

GUN HITS DO NOT COUNT

Roofs are out of play. No one but game staff will be allowed on any rooftop. Anyone caught on a rooftop will be ejected from the game.

Buildings/villages have been broken down into sectors and are worth points.

All Flags at these areas must be flipped to the teams corresponding colour to earn points.

There will be flags for each building (3 colours per flag section Green, Tan and Red for neutral)

Spoiled flag is a building that doesn't have all corresponding flags the same.

1 spoiled flag will result in 0 points for that building/sector

"Snap Shots" will be taken at certain periods during the game to establish points and are at preset random intervals.

There will be props in play such as def-usable bombs that can be disarmed to earn extra points.

Frago missions will be held during the entire 18 hour event this year.

Commanders will be updated and given time prior to each Mission.

EACH FRAGO WILL HAVE THE REQUIRED SQUADS AT IT OR THEY WILL BE PULLED FROM THE FIELD.

Any ordinance etc that the frago mission offered will be forfeited to the opposing team if squads do not show.

Items marked in red are MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE.  Each squad will be inspected by your squad leader prior to parade.
